Richard Schofield is an environmental manager with wide knowledge and experience in managing environmental issues on sites. He is responsible for managing Japanese knotweed and Ecology projects across the UK for Phlorum.

He is the current Chair of the Property Care Association Invasive Weed Control Group (PCA IWCG) and maker of the PCA Japanese knotweed surveyor’s exam. He was a member of the Leaders Forum that contributed to the RICS 2022 knotweed guidance for surveyors.
