Ben Harrison, Japanese Knotweed chef, Edinburgh Royal Botanic Garden

The Edinburgh Evening News has reported that Ben Harrison, a chef from the Royal Botanic Gardens, is up for a prestigious award due to his use of novel plants in his dishes.
